3.Questions and Answers
3.1. Q: Why did Bluetooth connection fail sometimes?
A: For some mobile phones, the Bluetooth service is abnormal when startup, please try more times, or turn on and off Bluetooth, it would resume soon.
3.2. Q: Can not find the CloudCUP when pairing?
A: 1) Make sure Bluetooth service is turned on in your mobile phone and your phone belongs to applicable model.
2) When paring, make sure the distance between mobile phone and the device is within communication range.
3) Check whether batteries are installed correctly.
3.3.Q: After drinking, no data recorded in APP, Why?
A:The steps for drinking is : 1. put down the cup on the horizontal table; 2. pick up and drink water; 3. put back the cup on the horizontal table. Then each reduced volume will be recorded. After filling water, if you do not put the cup on the table but drink directly, the data will not be recorded.
4. How to Use handleless ceramic coffee mugs
Bluetooth Connecting: Please turn on Bluetooth function on your phone, make sure your phone belongs to applicable models;If there is more than one CloudCUP in the same place, please install batteries one by one, do not keep two or more with batteries at the same time.
Device bonding: CloudCUP will auto scan the device, and please select your device to be bonded. Once bonded, your device will not be scanned by others. You should long press your device name to release binding or reset the batteries to release binding once you change your phone, and then your new phone can scan the device. If reinstall the batteries, it need rescan the device to bind.
Drinking Consumption:CloudCUP can record your each drinking; in APP you can check history data to know your drinking habit.
History Data Reset: Clear all your drinking data on the phone. If done, it will be irrevocable.
Water Zero:If no drinking data to upload, or drinking data uploaded not conform to the actual or long time no use, please calibrate the cup. Ensure no water in the cup when calibrating.
Hydration Adjustment:If user drinks water in other ways or water overflows from the cup, the actual drinking volume and APP data are inconsistent, in that case, user could increase or decrease data directly..
Temperature Reminder:When pick up or put down the cup on the table, the LED light will keep on 2 seconds. If turn green, it means warm or cold water, which is suitable for drinking; If turn red , it means hot water, please take care in case of scald. As the sensor doesn't directly contact water, it takes around 45 seconds to response. So the LED color is ONLY for your reference, please still be cautious for drinking hot water.
Buzzer Remind:After the cup and APP connected successfully, it will remind from 8:00 to 20:00.
A. If each drink less than 100ml, the buzzer will remind 30 minutes later;
B. If each drink between 100 and 200ml, the buzzer will remind 1 hour later
C. If each drink more than 200ml, the buzzer will remind 2 hours later
D. If buzzer has reminded, but still no drinking, the buzzer will remind again 5 minutes later; Finally no drinking, the buzzer will not remind any more.
E. If you already drink enough water as planed, the buzzer will not remind.
